This is my worst experience with not only insomnia cookies but any delivery service, I don't know what this person was smoking that they needed to spray so heavily to cover it up but the smell is all over and in my box so my cookies are inedible. But to make matters worse from the start there was a hair on one of my cookies, so I would’ve been without one even if the others weren’t ruined. Anyway I’m making this review to warn anyone who is thinking of trying getting their cookies delivered, please just don’t even risk it. It’s my birthday btw so this is just extra disappointing
Y'all. This is the only place you need to know about for WARM, melt in your mouth cookies. Double chocolate is my favorite. Live on the edge and grab a scoop or two of ice cream to go with it! Adam, cashier is always friendly and helpful.
This place is a nightmare if you’re a delivery driver. They have one person tending the front counter for people who walk in and an incompetent crew working behind the counter. One lady looks like she ready to retire, walking around confused and sleepy and another who doesn’t know how to read tickets or package orders. The rest of the people in the back are carrying on laughing and playing while the line is out the door with drivers waiting to pick up orders. I waited nearly 1 hour for someone in the back to pack 4 cookies in a little box. They asked me about 8 different times before what order I was there to pick up. My review is not based on the quality of their desserts, it’s based on the customer service they provided. Everyone in the Pick-Up line was frustrated and said they weren’t going to accept orders from this location. They should consider a new crew with competent workers who are properly trained.
If you’ve seen any of my other reviews you know I’m always in the hunt for good gluten free options. Insomnia Cookies did not disappoint! It’s been a while since I enjoyed really good fresh baked cookies. Their chocolate chip was soft, warm,and delicious. I’m only whining because they have so many great flavors (which the family enjoyed and gave a thumbs up) but only one gluten free option. Hopefully they’ll have more GF choices in the future. Saw this place and thought it would be like crumbl cookies, but its 100% better! The cookies are kept in what seems like a warmer, so when you get them they're already ooey and goey and melty. The flavors are amazing and even the icecream that you can get on or with the cookies is phenomenal. There was a line, but the service is amazing. The woman that gave us our cookies was very sweet and fun to talk to! I would definitely try these cookies if you're in the area.
So, I am not a sweet person. 😋 Welllll.. I meant I don't like sweets like that. 👅 Lol ..I do like Insomnia Cookie, but only one favor. Can you say Snicker Doddles? ❤💯 OMG! Man, I just can't get enough of them. Smh.😱 I normally get the 6 pack for $11.00. All other favors, just are just OK. Otherwise, the service is always great. 👍 Of course, they have other items on the menu including ice cream.🍦
Parking is always a challenge.😝 Normally, I am fortunate enough to get parking up front, but if not, I park in the rear of the building. If you have NEVER tried IC cookies, please do so! 🍪🍪🍪🍪
Nothing beats these cookies! Just got an online delivery tonight which they accidentally put in 2 salted caramels instead of 2 s’mores. I called to let them know and they were VERY polite on the phone and sent out another order immediately with 2 EXTRA s’mores…only place I ever have/will get my cookies from. Y’all rock!
My favorite cookie is the mint chocolate chip cookie! I also like the salted caramel cookie (very rich) and the peanut butter chip cookie. My son's favorite is the chocolate chip with M&Ms. Cookies are always fresh and warm when I get them.
